@pcnmartin @NicoleRenke I'm all seriousness: I import my arrays through wateRmelon using readEPIC and use the excellent set of QC tools available. These QC tools are 100% compatible with minfi too. We need to publish that app. note I drafted a year ago @leo_schalkwyk (hint hint) I'll shake the dust off.
