@SportsDirectUK should be ashamed! I tried to return unused boots after 6days as they didn’t fit. They didn’t have correct size, but refused refund. Instead issuing a time limited “credit”. £1bn profits last yr & this is how they help consumers during a cost of living crisis!

@ArnoldClark if you buy extended warranty, servicing & MOT with your car, why should you be told by you bookings dept to “google a local skoda garage & book it yourself” when arranging a repair? How is that “main dealer service”? Catherine in your booking office needs training!

@LeasePlanUK have sent me a bill for £175 for a 4mm chip on the inside of the door, when it was not visible either inside or outside of the car. The car was returned 3000miles under the allowance! Oh and did ai mention the lie they told me about the breach of my personal data?
