Extremely disappointed with the behavior of a @UnionBankTweets representative during a home verification visit related to a debit freeze issue.

I was fully cooperative, but the person arrived without any ID card, refused to properly share his name/designation even after repeated requests, and behaved in a rude and intimidating manner with my family members, especially my sister, inside our colony — as if we were criminals.

As a customer, I have every right to ask for official identification before sharing personal or banking details. Instead of professional conduct, we faced harassment, disrespect, and public humiliation.

Is this the standard of customer treatment at Union Bank of India?
I request senior authorities to investigate this matter immediately and ensure proper accountability and training for field staff.

Customers deserve respect, transparency, and professionalism — not intimidation.
