@GuyTalksFinance If you’re that on the fence, split paying down your mortgage and invest too. Treat paying your mortgage much like a lower risk investment similar to bonds and allocate based on your age and risk. I did something similar and eventually just paid off mortgage.

Watch: I caught up with Hickman football coach Justin Conyers tonight, ahead of his second year at the helm of his alma mater.

We recapped year one and the strides he made in turning around this program. The message: "We're not satisfied."

Conyers has some goals for this team, including recording their first winning season since 2012 & setting themselves up to compete for a district title.
