Cheating on vote count has been around forever by both parties. In 1968 Mayor Daley dem Chicago said ON TV on threat by demonstrators to burn the city down SHOOT EM. HE ALSO GOR KENNEDY ELECTED. Told dem “TO VOTE EARLY AND OFTEN”
