Junior Doctors are taking part in strike action until 7am on Saturday 23 Dec. Our hospitals will be under significant pressure in the coming days. Please only attend Emergency Departments with life-threatening emergencies. For anything else think NHS111 or pharmacies. Thank you.

#b329leadsrship #week16 - thinking about #precarioisworkers can provide a great platform for encouragement and desire for change through a more flexible and open way, particular when trying to re-educate around recycling starting from home.

After working with my own coach/therapist this week this visual is a true reflection of where I am….. life is challenging but if we take it one plank at a time forward it will result in great rewards 🤩
