We welcomed Dorothy Jay Kedley into the world on November 11th, 2023 at 8:32am! She is 9 lbs, 19.5 inches and a very happy/healthy girl! Teddy/Rocky are very excited to have a new baby sister! Dorothy is the perfect addition to our family and she and Becca are doing wonderful!
I am humbled and honored for the opportunity to continue to serve the great community and people of Osceola! Now, let us continue to focus with solidarity toward solutions for Osceola’s future! I hear you, I am with you, and we are all in this together! Thank you!

The story of Osceola, IA obtaining a future reliable water source has had many tributaries/streams & they all lead to one big river, which is unconstitutional state laws, corruption and partisan bureaucracy! - Now we’re in water crisis & our representative’s silence is deafening!
