@misshootershill @Thackers_78 @TasneemSharrem Gosh that's a long slow release, but glad to hear the lamb was nice. I've found with the rice dishes, it can often be the amount of liquid that makes it soggy.

@Thackers_78 @misshootershill @TasneemSharrem There are a few biryani recipes out there for the slow cooker (kitchn for example has one). The instant pot just takes the time of the cooking down a lot from hours to minutes.
