It's ok to just be looking for cheerful positivity. But understanding that most analysts are looking to provide insights helps answer ur question

@ReactSafe Disagree. There's no reason for them to even come to you, if they trust you'll just be an ass to them. It doesn't have anything to do with needing to be liked either. Rather its figuring out we can provide purpose, motivation and direction without also being an asshole.

@ReactSafe @technatsec There's a right and wrong way to provide motivation. Leadership is all about understanding that nuance. Sure the wrong way may accomplish that specific task, but it doesn't engender trust nor does it build the team. A great leader understands how to accomplish all three.
