Rock paper scissors football. Every child is moving the whole time. While standing in line, students are doing jumping jacks, squatting with a sand bell, or stretching. Feet wide apart is paper, feet touching is rock, and feet one in front of the other is scissors.

Hopscotch today as part of fun Friday. Did a little research and found that this began as war training during the Roman Empire. Boards were 100 feet long and soldiers had to do the course in armor and full battle gear. It was meant to improve stamina and endurance. Who knew?
