@StubHub Who do we reach out to for payments we haven’t received for events that took place more than 8 business days ago? Tickets were delivered on time per UPS website but your website still shows they are in transit which is probably delaying the payment.

@TeamStubHub @ttracyh They owe me over $500 for 4 tickets I sold to an event over 8 business days ago and I have yet to see any money. Customer service wait time is over 3 hours, moderator on the community site doesn’t reply, they don’t reply to DM’s on Twitter. I will never use them again.
