@britishairways please respond to complaint 03107100. We raised the first complaint on 8/8 and have not heard back within the 28 days you are legally obligated to.

You've made us change trains 4 times to go a direct route from East Croydon to Chichester. Massively delayed. Huge amounts of stress. No Plan. Staff have no idea. No concern for your passengers. You are horrendous.
