We went from a system that was transparent to some degree to a system with no transparency at all.
This year, the BCS still had Bama at 4 and FSU at 5, but you could point to the parts of the process leaning in Bama’s favor. We know absolutely nothing about the committee.
Personally, I think the worst decision made regarding college football is the move from BCS (known formula of coaches/AP polls and computer models) to a 13-member behind closed doors committee that has no incentive to share their workings because we thought “SEC BIAS”
In championship week, Glenn had 55 passing yards facing Louisville. That same secondary was torched in bowl season by 8-5 USC’s 2nd string quarterback (Moss threw for 372 yards, 6TDs).
The merit of being undefeated and deserving is one thing, but this argument is beyond stupid.
I get that FSU feels cheated, and I would as well in their position. But the endless stream of awful takes here is grinding.
These games are not comparable. At least according to FSU fans, who deflect every other aspect of the UGA game.
Still can’t believe how much worse this site has become since top replies to tweets have been changed from “generally well received replies by whole user base” to “I paid $8”.

10/10 episode tonight. This show just continues to deliver while also adding to the world. The set piece at the end was just as good if not better than any set piece in the show. #tlou

When Twitter user Catturd2 says his impressions are down, “Looking into it.”
@thevivafrei First I’ve heard. It is not possible for me to fix every aspect of Twitter worldwide overnight, while still running Tesla and SpaceX, among other things.
