A 10 year academic journey and the role of CIC @Julius_S_Malema, President of @EFFSouthAfrica, whose support helped me complete a PhD and, finally, write a book. Done😅. Just a bit of personal experience.
🇿🇦If you think the documenting of foreigners through the Refugee Reception Offices is bad, wait until you see this.
On May 29, 2026, the Minister of Employment and Labour, Nomakhosazana Meth, gazetted amendments to the Employment Services laws through the Employment Services Bill, 2025. The amendments include the following:
1. Amendment of Definitions (Section 1D & J)
(1). Amending (changing) the Definition of "Foreign National", to explicitly exclude refugees and asylum seekers.
(2). Equal Status for Refugees: because refugees and asylum seekers are removed from the legal definition of "foreign nationals," they will receive the same employment protections and treatment as South African citizens and permanent residents. Which means they now have the same rights as South Africans, this means they can be preferred in jobs over citizens, they can vote as well, they qualify for grants and NSFAS, they get free healthcare and education, they can apply for Road Accident Fund (RAF), and they have a say in the making of laws of this country. The current application process in which foreigners are applying for asylum and refugee status is meant to legalise them and give them voting powers and give them all the benefits of citizens.
2. Sectoral Work Quotas (Section 12B)
(1). The minister has the power to set limits in the number of foreigners which can be employed, remember foreigners no longer include refugees and asylum seekers. A foreigner is defined as someone who is seeking work in South Africa and holds a temporary visa or work permit under the immigration Act.
(2). The limit set by the minister will not apply to small businesses, defined as businesses employing less than 10 employees, this means, foreigners, refugees, and asylum seekers can be employed and work in small businesses. All three will compete with South Africans for small business jobs.
So, these amendments and the Constitutional Court's recent ruling on the refugee and asylum seekers applications are actually a legal framework for the replacement of South Africans in the job market and at the voting polls. They are also meant to exclude South Africans from accessing education, healthcare, grants, NSFAS, RAF, and just about any other benefit, by flooding the country with refugee and asylum seekers who will soon out-number South Africans, where there will be more refugees and asylum seekers replacing South Africans everywhere, including voting (for the GNU — DA / ANC) to keep them in power.
In addition to the R3.5 million debt that was cleared by the EFF at Ekuphumleni Old Age Home, we bought a washing machine and an industrial dryer, a reliable, high-performance solar power system, groceries until Christmas, the medication they requested, and a fridge, among other things. #VoteEFF2026
President @Julius_S_Malema exposed the DA for being extremely racist with no facts, but using his pigmentation as a source of fact. The EFF has never been found guilty of VBS, even Parliament cleared the CIC from being implicated in the VBS matter during the debate with leaders of political parties on the 2026 Local Government Elections.

President @Julius_S_Malema debunks the lie that former MMC for Finance and current Gauteng MEC for Finance, Commissar Dunga, was implicated in financial misconduct. There was simply a political disagreement between Commissar Dunga and the Mayor, which led to Cde Dunga being removed and later appointed as MEC for Finance in Gauteng.

LET’S REMIND THE WHITE “BOERE” SUPREMACISTS …
On 20 April 2017, white farmers Pieter Doorewaard and Phillip Schutte confronted 15-year-old Matlhomola Mosweu near a sunflower field outside Coligny and forced him onto their bakkie.
As Doorewaard drove, Schutte grabbed Matlhomola and threw him from the speeding vehicle.
They picked him up and dumped him face down on a dirt road, his neck broken and head swaying loosely from side to side.
Blood poured from his mouth and nose, his right eye swollen, as the 15-year-old lay struggling to breathe.
Matlhomola died less than two hours later.
For fourteen days, his parents searched for their missing son, unaware his body lay unidentified in a government mortuary in Lichtenburg.
The High Court convicted Doorewaard and Schutte of murder, but on 27 November 2020 the Supreme Court of Appeal overturned their convictions, acquitted them and set them free.
The boy was just fifteen years old, a son.
White supremacy murdered Matlhomola Mosweu.
