@we_are_cult : Team almost close to a week and I am still struggling just to update my name in the cult fit App. I have written multiple emails on App but the CSR are not able to update my name. Highly frustrating and irritating experience.

@CarrierMideaInd - Allmost 36 Hours over after AC delivery to home but no update on installation mechanics. Not able to understand if buying carrier AC was a good idea.

@socialepfo@mansukhmandviya Sir..please do something to reduce this 20-day period for any claim reimbursement. If someone needs urgent funds for medical reasons it's too much of a waiting period.
