The biggest enemy of people with albinism is sun exposure. It causes skin cancers.

It will be great if employers, bosses would consider indoor jobs for people with albinism. Same way asthmatic patients, for example, do not work in dusty environment. (Not saying albinism is a disease)

Background story : i have seen people living with albinism working as security guards in open sunny weather, I'm sure there are areas they can work under shade, same job
