@SunCountryAir Flight 289 to Seattle. And I get it. Delays happen. But regular communication should be a standard rather then waiting for over an hour with nothing. Then finally boarding to then sit packed for over an hour and not moving. Just tell people what it’s going in!

@SunCountryAir communication is key. If youre supposed to board a flight at 8:10 and flights are cancelling around you and your plane is at the gate. Maybe make an announcement so people know what is goin on 🤷‍♀️.

Just have to say. I always loved @AlaskaAir but man. They really missed the mark on my last flight. The gate agents were completely incomponent and inconsiderate after promising I had a space secured on the next flight after a 3hr delay.
