@MrJakeY420@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig I addressed this in another post, but if SpaceX manages to put economical "datecenters" in space, then I'll applaud them at that time. Until then it's all just theory ignoring economic practicality.
@BetweenTheLins@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig That's a current achievement which I applaud and is pretty cool. But it shows that both him and the company can be flawed. Especially when dealing with "obvious" things that NASA pioneered long ago.
@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig If he manages to get these new satellites in space and make them economic, then I'll applaud it, if he keeps talking it up and it never happens, well... then that would be like the majority of other promises.
@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig I can admit that he has done good by backing the two companies. I can also criticize him for being a net-negative by always saying things in obvious attempts to hike up stock prices. Why not be happy enough with the "current" achievements?
@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning started Tesla, and the workers at both companies built it up. I applaud Elon for helping to bring them about, but you people that like to pretend he's doing all of the work are pretty culty.
@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig Also, I'm not saying what Musk claims is impossible, nor am I saying what Jerry is saying is true. I'm not a physicist or rocket scientist. The scale does seem to be very costly for the benefit.
@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig My father didn't pay for my living expenses or fund a startup for me using money that he got by selling emeralds. I'd also rather help others around me, then hoard money.
@jacoblerette@ZacksJerryRig This is the same guy that had the first Starship launch pad created without a flame trench or water deluge system, causing it to be destroyed on launch.
@MidaSponsordKit Did a few runs so far and enjoying it. Met up with a friendly rook last night and we looted together, worked on enemies, and exfil'd without issue.
@Michael11674747@ArcRaiderAlerts Yeah that's true, but I just usually ignore both extremes. I'm a "carebear" player that doesn't mind having the PvP aspect and understands its part of the game. I don't want a full out PvE "Mode", and would like more difficult Arc encounters.
@Michael11674747@ArcRaiderAlerts Not sure about that. I've had some good times in Close Scrutiny and Matriarch which are the more "difficult" arc encounters in mainly pve lobbies. I think more difficult arc in a pve-first rotating condition could work.
@Michael11674747@ArcRaiderAlerts Haven't had much difficulty in DZ, quite often other players team up on the more difficult encounters. Found it more difficult when a few agents go rogue. Embark could easily up the difficult of Arc in a special condition like that.
@skovesonic@LoochyTV Without ABMM the player pool would drop, queue times would go up, and you'd still have predictable lobbies. Just like every other niche extraction shooter.
@ThatARCGuy Yes! For me the most difficult part was getting the coral necklaces. Had a lot of bad luck in Buried City, but finally got them. Unlike others, I had no issues finding the boats.
@vhKbra@stellar_takes@RocketeerDriver I have yet to find any there... must be just bad luck. I managed to get one so far from the lockers in the breach room in the departure building in space port
