I'm not happy with @stripe. They told me how to cancel a subscription and gave me the wrong info so the subscription was never cancelled. The next month, the charge appeared again. I canceled it again but Stripe is charging me for their mistake. #corporategreed
@miles_matthias@stripe Perhaps they should have shared how they are cheating me because their customer service folks gave me the wrong info, Stripe has records but they won't honor their mistake.
