Second time delivery made to colleague at work who was told order wasn’t available and they would return soon. Both occasions the courier was never seen again and Deliveroo said they could do nothing since records indicate code was provided for food. Lesson: no more @Deliveroo.

BEWARE ALL @Deliveroo orders. Twice now we’ve witnessed couriers have requested code to confirm correct recipient and reported a problem with the order never to be seen or heard from again. First time showed damaged/spilled package and would return with fresh order.

Minor issue in big scheme of things however, I’m disappointed in @amazon customer service. Refused to replace items THEY lost in transit. Refund only. Problem is, ordered big ticket items during Black Friday and now prices have gone up. A lot. Can’t afford items now.

@rachelbuckenham Hope you start feeling better soon. I’m on day 4 testing positive. Started feeling unwell 2 days prior. I know I have been very fortunate. No fever, some fatigue and mainly just head cold with one day of aches. Just need those 2 negative results so I can go back to work.
