Just watched ICE in LA move to dismiss a father’s case while he was in court with wife & 8 yo son. Dad objected saying he wanted to continue consolidated proceedings with family, Judge dismissed anyway.

Dad was arrested & handcuffed in front of child as they exited courtroom.
