Buyers and sellers be ware of @StubHub and the buying and selling tactics. Their system screwed up and duplicated our tickets while adjusting our post. Now they state we have to supply another set of tickets or pay 100% of the second set. Non fluent English and zero budge.

Make sure you check your posts daily, email daily or they will flat out screw you. Also they treat you like you’re dumb and apparently removed the notification from the app when tickets sell. Also the fees you pay are crazy as a buyer and seller!

@StubHub can you explain why an app error would be my problem for selling tickets? Also how is there no corporate number for me to call to speak to someone who can actually help instead of telling me I am responsible for $2k plus paying you another $2k for a duplicate listing?
