Great advice and TTP's. My experience, online and off, is this appeals to a very small subset, and the larger set doesn't care, cannot grasp value and in general, is put off by it, among other things---and anything intelligence is met with suspicion. Most just are not interested, if not suspicious. They all have 'great OPSEC' and 'know what they're doing.'

A simple CARVER exercise: the NGO offices are the critical migration infrastructure, less risky than government offices (well protected), but with greater long term effect than migrant homes. NGO offices are the 'sweet spot' between risk and military effects. Risk management and harm reduction throughout.

George Washington secretly funded a laboratory in Fishkill, New York, where physician and chemist James Jay developed a special invisible ink during the American Revolution.

While common invisible inks could be revealed by heat, Jay’s formula required a special chemical reagent, enabling Washington’s agents—including the famous Culper Ring—to pass along sensitive intelligence with much greater security.

That secret laboratory was a vital part of the Patriot intelligence network and helped keep some of the Revolution's most important secrets from the British.

The "sovereign citizen" types are endlessly entertaining (except the lien activism). The amazing mental somersaults, the Dunning-Kruger certainty, the spectacle of their court appearances...it's pure kino. One could put together a whole Sovereign Citizen World theme park, like Westworld, for pay per view.
