In short, we found associations of neuroticism (negative) & conscientiousness (positive) with promotions, plus generally stronger personality-promotion relationships for hierarchically lower- compared to higher-level promotions - employee personality matters for career success!

@Richie_Research Another distinction would be short-term (/mostly hedonic, lower half) vs long-term (upper half) investments. Wonder what that could mean for "our" economic system(s).
