@SirMuttley For your next tenancy also have a threshold above which whatever it is landlord pays. Ie 1500 or 2000 B and above. Good tenants are like gold.

@philipbkk Indeed. Guessing it has to be a side hustle for some of them ie. hired to buy for others. Seems like it can easily be flipped for 2x, and several times more. Eventually, maybe in a few months price comes back down.

@jacktla True, governing bodies aside - in the US - the cloud of getting sued over malpractice (Lawyers, Drs) is a great deterrent. Unfortunately, dont have that in many parts of the world....

@jacktla That's so true - but to be honest, if someone wanted - they could onboard a think tank, arrange focus groups, put out some manufactured study on how there could be different levels of legal/bar exam...and then started lobbying, it could be done...

@jacktla Caliper Logo - I was there when the NSX was all the rage (Gen 1). For me, that car seared the brand into my brain. Quick search says a comeback is in the works. AI says Logo now appears in Japan on tribute models 2026...+ is a flex for American performance subculture :)
