Every time, I had to explain the situation again, as if none of my previous conversations were recorded.

I specifically informed your support team before leaving Gurgaon that I would be relocating. They assured me multiple times that the glasses would be delivered before I left, which is why I didn't cancel the order.

I had to repeatedly request that the order be transferred.
