The CPSB is to formulate with the PSC, instruments to facilitate deployment of human resource..there is a possibility that some County staff may loose their jobs while others from the NG may be transferred to the counties...as a lawyer, I'm looking forward to the labour briefs😜

@siasaplace @David1Mutai The NG as is requires @KURAroads and @KeRRA_Ke to carry out majority of the public works which many times they delay in handling case in point Mwiki-Kasarani...now imagine a situation where even the feeder roads are under the NG..haven't we lost the whole point of devolution?

The Council as the custodian of devolution have proposed that a multi-agency committee comprising of both levels of Government be formed to monitor implementation of the functions that have been transferred and ALSO the functions that have remained. #SiasaWednesday @siasaplace

The deed is set to be in force for 24months and it is for the NG to establish an institutional framework for the execution of the transferred functions but the parties are at liberty to enter into sector specific service-level agreements and MoUs to guide this
