@Dell so when my 3 year old computer burns my fingers on the keypad due to excessive heat… and all the Dell rep says is- well you are out of warranty, so $99 to figure out what’s wrong…. Ummmm not a great plan. When my house catches on fire, Dell will be hearing from me.

@CozyEarth and @GMA would not accept a return for a purchase. I made on deals and steals on 11 – 17– 25 – promoted as great Christmas gifts, and I initiated the return on 12– 30–25… After back-and-forth they said I was outside the 30 day window… For a Christmas purchase? Help!!
