How to Read a Balance Sheet Like a CA

A Balance Sheet is not just a statement of numbers it tells the financial story of a business.

Ask 5 key questions:

1️⃣ Is the business growing?
2️⃣ Is it overdependent on loans?
3️⃣ Does it have sufficient liquidity?
4️⃣ Are customers paying on time?
5️⃣ Is too much money blocked in inventory?

🔴 Watch for red flags:

rising debt, negative capital, high receivables, excess inventory & cash shortages.

🟢 Positive signs:

growing capital, healthy cash, controlled debt, timely collections & consistent profits.

A CA doesn’t just read numbers.

TL;DR

Most developers skip the setup and just start prompting. That's the mistake.

A proper Claude Code project lives inside a .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder. Start with 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱 as Claude's instruction manual. Split it into a 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀/ folder as it grows. Add 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀/ for repeatable workflows, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/ for context-triggered automation, and 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀/ for isolated subagents. Lock down permissions in 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.𝗷𝘀𝗼𝗻.

மே 1, 2026 முதல் சமையல் எரிவாயு (LPG) சிலிண்டர் முன்பதிவு மற்றும் விநியோகத்தில் இந்திய எண்ணெய் நிறுவனங்கள் (Indane, BharatGas, HP Gas) மற்றும் மத்திய அரசு ��ல புதிய கட்டுப்பாடுகளையும் நடைமுறைகளையும் அமல்படுத்துகின்றன. அவற்றின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள் கீழே தொகுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன:

1. முன்பதிவு செய்வதற்கான புதிய கால இடைவெளி (Booking Gap)

சிலிண்டர்களை பதுக்குவதைத் தடுக்கும் வகையில், அடுத்தடுத்த சிலிண்டர்களை முன்பதிவு செய்வதற்கான கால இடைவெளி அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நகர���ப்புறங்கள்: ஒரு சிலிண்டர் முன்பதிவு செய்த பிறகு, அடுத்த சிலிண்டரை புக் செய்யக் கட்டாயமாக 25 நாட்கள் காத்திருக்க வேண்டும் (முன்பு இது 21 நாட்களாக இருந்தது).

கிராமப்புறங்கள்: இந்த காத்திருப்பு இடைவெளி 45 நாட்கள் வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2. ஓடிபி / DAC குறியீடு கட்டாயம் (OTP Delivery)

பாதுகாப்பான விநியோகத்தை உறுதி செய்யவும், கள்ளச்சந்தையைத் தடுக்கவும் OTP முறை கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நீங்���ள் சிலிண்டர் புக் செய்தவுடன் உங்கள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட மொபைல் எண்ணுக்கு ஒரு DAC (Delivery Authentication Code) எனப்படும் ரகசிய எண் வரும்.

டெலிவரி செய்யும் நபரிடம் அந்த எண்ணைக் கூறினால் மட்டுமே சிலிண்டர் உங்களிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்படும்.

3. PNG இணைப்புக்கு மாறுவது கட்டாயம்

குழாய் மூலம் சமையல் எரிவாயு (Piped Natural Gas - PNG) விநியோகிக்கப்படும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதி உள்ள பகுதிகளில் வசிக்கும் மக்கள், கட்டாயமாக PNG இணைப்பு��்கு மாற வேண்டும்.

இவ்வாறு வசதி இருந்தும் குறிப்பிட்ட காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் மாறாத வீடுகளுக்கு, எல்பிஜி சிலிண்டர் விநியோகம் முற்றிலுமாக நிறுத்தப்படும் என்ற புதிய விதிமுறை கடுமையாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

4. ஆதார் eKYC மற்றும் மானிய விதிமுறைகள்

உஜ்வாலா திட்டப் பயனாளிகள் (PMUY): மானியம் பெறுவதற்கு நிதியாண்டிற்கு ஒருமுறை ஆதார் eKYC செய்வதைக் கட்டாயமாக்கியுள்ளனர். (ஏற்கனவே eKYC செய்தவர்கள் மீண்டும் செய்யத் தேவையில்லை).

வருடாந்திர வரம்பு: ஒரு குடும்பத்திற்கு (Domestic Connection) ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு அதிகபட்சமாக 12 மானிய விலை சிலிண்டர்கள் மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படும்.

5. விலை மாற்றங்கள் (Price Revisions)

சர்வதேச சந்தையில் (குறிப்பாக போர் சூழல்களால்) நிலவும் ஏற்ற இறக்கங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப எரிவாயு விலை மாற்றி அமைக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு மாதத்தின் முதல் தேதியிலும் விலை மாற்றம் அறிவிக்கப்படும் என்பதால், மே 1 அன்றும் சிலிண்டர் விலையில் ஏற்றமோ அல்லது இறக்கமோ ஏற்பட வாய்ப்பு��்ளது. புதிய டைனமிக் விலைக் கொள்கை (Dynamic Pricing Formula) மூலம் இது நிர்ணயிக்கப்படுகிறது
