To be clear: this entire thing went off the rails because Zelensky made the catastrophically offensive move of pointing out the reality that Putin broke a ceasefire in 2015 and that when Vance talks about diplomacy, he can’t explain how Putin is a trustworthy partner.

БО «Благодійний фонд «Охматдит» обрав компанію ТОВ «Буд-технолоджі» переможцем тендеру на ремонт корпусу лікарні, який зазнав пошкоджень від російського ракетного обстрілу. Проблема тут вже на стадії тендеру і саме з цією компанією.

Історія в тому, що з 14 учасників конкурсу це була третя за вартістю пропозиція розміром 307 млн грн. Десяток інших учасників запропонували виконати роботи значно дешевше – від 42 до 286 млн грн. Але з жодним з них Охмадит перемовин не вів, ніяк не пояснюючи своє рішення.

Компанія переможець ТОВ «Буд-технолоджі» з міста Запоріжжя викликає дуже багато питань і ставить під сумнів взагалі можливість напряму без прокладок виконати ці роботи. Статутний капітал компанії аж 5 тисяч гривень. У державних тендерах вона участі ніколи не брала, тобто ніколи не виконувала серйозних проєктів. Аналіз керівників компанії веде до звʼязків з місцевими рішалами Марком Марченком і Євгеном Шаленним, вони мають звʼязки з політичною партією «Самопоміч», розвивали її осередок. А на минулих місцевих виборах Шаленний балотувався вже від «слуги народу».

По кошторису тендера немає, що й обговорювати, там завищення в понад два рази, найбільше на фасаді.

Повертаємось до самого тендеру.
Щонайменше сім пропозицій містили повністю заповнені комерційні пропозиції з вказанням цін за різні види робіт. Охматдит посилається на те, що це були благодійні кошти, а тому цей тендер не є класичним тендером в розумінні законодавства щодо закупівель, а є як вони кажуть «приватним конкурсом», просто прекрасно…

Це чудово звісно, але це не виправдання для Охмадиту від слова взагалі. Це кошти, які скидали мільйони людей, це благодійні кошти, які давалися під конкретну задачу - допомогти дітям!
