Here we go again. @AppalachianPowe we one again do not have power… in the middle of the day… no storm…. Last time it lasted about 3 hours. And the status NEVER showed people were on site fixing the issue. Anyone else having this issue? I think it’s rolling black outs.

This morning I got up early to go to the @VirginiaDMV. Waited in line for about 45 minutes then their systems crashed statewide. I have lived in many other states, and @VirginiaDMV is, BY FAR, the slowest DMV I have experienced.
