Disappointed in SOUTHWEST! All flights Baltimore to Atlanta cancelled 'till 6pm. Thx to the great Delta team that got them on their noon flight. She had paid the $95 fee for her cat, SW didn't refund it. Had to track down her bags herself. Missing Herb! Weather not an issue!

@RIHEALTH Rhode Island (Raimando) totally dropped the ball on setting up RI to succeed in quickly getting people vaccinated. The system is a hot mess. Boston & CT are much larger yet they are way ahead of RI. The CDC Director needs to stop saying be patient & work harder to fix this mess.
