Customer service is appalling after change requested on Friday, took @BravoflyBlog 4days to respond back there were no availability. No alternative flights were offered.robotic customer service responds with textbook answers. No help, no escalation and totally unprofessional

@airvistara considering the 3rd wave, what is policy to postpone non-essential travel to India? I don’t feel safe travelling with my toddler any more and want to change my flights. Have been waiting for UK Rep to respond to call for last 40 mins, and offices close in 30 mins 😭

Contacted travel agent ‘n they can’t find any alternative flights☹️

We have also tried searching your website for alternative flights (multiple locations)for later in 2022 - NONE 😱
