@SouthwestAir This is offered right after the fly 1/2 price promotion, which is very confusing. It does seem fair to offer it during the same time frame. Also the window is so small. Honestly, loyal customers should be given earlier notice of promotions. #notcool

@kennychesney It is so ridiculous that @Ticketmaster has moved our sandbar seats to another location 3 days before the show because Paycom Center messed up. Fan club members that purchased tickets as soon as they went on sale so we could be in the sandbar. Very disappointed!
