@Delta A simple suggestion for significantly improving your customer experience. Provide periodic wait time updates to people waiting on hold if your queue time is truly >3hrs. Extensive research backs up the need for clarity.
@scottgum Beulah has a similar sweet spot in our relationship. We somehow managed to (or was it trick then into?) playing our our wedding. We’re still going strong. I wish Beulah hadn’t divorced.
