Visual evidence of Manipur Police Commandos aligned with Arambai Tenggol, a Meitei Militia.
The deployment of Manipur Police commando vehicles to support Arambai Tenggol militants highlights a troubling state-endorsed alignment.
Rather than upholding their mandate as neutral enforcers of justice, these Meitei commandos appear to be active facilitators of violence against marginalized tribal Kuki communities since 3rd May 2023, undermining the rule of law and exposing the state’s failure to ensure impartial governance.

This is how despicable @crpf_india under the command of Meitei fascist police force handles tribal Kuki women protesters in Saibol. Pathetic CRPF would like to ensure that every tribal Kuki women is stripped naked and paraded again like how fascist Meitei mobs did in May 2023.

A global wide rally organised by KUKI INPI and KUKI STUDENTS' ORGANISATION (KSO) in regard to the shocking revelation of a leaked audio recording involving CM Biren Singh.
False Narrative Reproach:
We urge media channels to set narrative discourse to truth and not convey false narratives that subsequently lead to misrepresentation of our people.
A massive bomb landed at L. Songtun Village, Leimakhong Kanggui District.
It is pertinent to know that drones are used by Arambai Tenggol & Valley-based insurgent groups, meant to bomb Kuki areas, failed and landed on the Kuki side. Yet, the national media, in collaboration with the Meitei government, twists the narrative to falsely accuse the Kuki of using drones. This blatant distortion and one-sided reporting must be exposed.
The propaganda by the Meitei government is a desperate attempt to divert attention from Biren's leaked audio.

PRESS STATEMENT
KIM Secretariat the 26th October, 2024
No. 20/KIM/FU/22-02: The Kuki Inpi and Kuki Chiefs Association strongly oppose the proposed border fencing along the Indo-Myanmar border, which threatens to infringe upon the cultural, traditional, and historical rights of indigenous tribal communities. The movement of people across the Indo-Myanmar border is not only a matter of tradition but also a vital lifeline for maintaining our social, cultural, and familial ties with our kin across the border. This proposal directly endangers the centuries-old Free Movement Regime, which is essential to our way of life and heritage.
The Kuki people and other indigenous communities have long shared deep-rooted cultural, economic, and social connections that span across borders. The imposition of a physical boundary threatens to sever these connections, disrupting the socio-cultural balance that has sustained our communities for generations. This Free Movement Regime has allowed our people to engage in trade, preserve our cultural practices, and participate in traditional ceremonies and gatherings that reinforce our identity and communal bonds.
It is as well crucial to note that the border fencing; despite Nagaland, Mizoram and Aurunachal sharing same borders with Myanmar, the emphasis is laid on Manipur that has been in an intense conflict for more than a year now. The government must instead focus on solving the long standing ethnic persecution perpetrated by the Manipur state government against the minority Kukis.
Moreover, the proposed fencing disregards the unique geographical and social conditions of this region, where borders cut across traditional lands and family networks. The imposition of artificial barriers risks fracturing our communities, isolating families, and erasing the continuity of cultural practices vital to our identity.
In light of these concerns, the Kuki Inpi and Kuki Chiefs Association call upon the government to recognize the historical significance of the Free Movement Regime and its integral role in upholding the rights and cultural heritage of tribal communities. We urge the authorities to reconsider this fencing project and to ensure that any border-related measures are implemented with full consultation and respect for the rights and aspirations of indigenous people.
Any development proposed or executed against the will and sentiments of the Kuki people will be considered a threat to our culture and identity and will be befittingly responded by the Kuki people
ZOSANGKIM HMAR (31 years)
> Wife of Pu Ngurthansang Hmar of Zairawn Village, Jiribam District, Manipur
Cause of Death:
> Burnt alive by Meitei militants on 7th November, 2024 (Thursday) at around 9:00 PM
- On 7th November 2024, armed Meitei militants attacked the peaceful village of Zairawn in Jiribam, gutting down more than 16 houses.
- In the attack, they captured and shot an unarmed woman named Mrs. Zosangkim Hmar, a mother of three and wife of Mr. Ngurthansang Hmar in the leg.
- In the most gruesome way imaginable, they burned the bleeding woman to death, turning an innocent victim to a rubble of ash.
- Rather than sparing a woman, they followed what they have repeatedly done in the past where the victims could not be buried properly due to the magnitude of savagery meted on the lifeless bodies, her killers denied her an honorable burial.
- This horrific act once again breaks the spell of false peace with the bloodthirsty animalistic Meiteis and reminds us all of their ultimate intention which is to kill us all and take our lands.
- We pray for her soul to rest in peace, and may this awaken us all to the war we have been forced to fight in defence of our lives, our way of life and our ancestral land and freedom.
May her soul rest in peace!
