A sitting U.S. Senator was reportedly found unconscious and has now been hospitalized for over two weeks, yet the public has received virtually no meaningful update.

Then there’s Rep. Kean, who disappeared from Congress for four months before returning and revealing he had been hospitalized for depression. He was able to remain out of office, continue collecting a taxpayer-funded salary, and retain full health benefits without publicly disclosing that he was unable to perform his duties. Most Americans couldn’t simply stop showing up to work for months without informing their employer and expect to keep their job and paycheck.

Congress should pass legislation requiring federal elected officials to disclose when a serious medical condition prevents them from carrying out the responsibilities of their office and to provide periodic status updates to their constituents. No one is asking for private medical records or information protected by HIPAA, but the public deserves to know when the officials they elected are unable to serve.

🚨 Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.

This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.

The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers”.
