Chevron leadership informed Gavin Newsom of the decision.

Newsom’s response?
"We’re good." 🤡 🌎

This marks the THIRD refinery closure under his watch, cutting California’s refining capacity by 20% and setting the stage for $10/gallon gas.

Californians already pay the highest gas prices in the nation, and the governor’s reaction is basically no big deal.
