@ellykaybee @OffalCute 31 yrs ago for me. 4 yrs in, trying to write dissertation proposal, getting nowhere. Literally turned the page on my note pad and figured out I could earn more than my stipend at minimum wage, so survival wasn't an issue. Proposal turned into MS paper that was easy to write.
