I’m not even sure how @Delta can be partners with @AeromexicoUSA! Two weeks+ to get a response from customer service and then learn that expecting handicap individual to sleep in an airport for a 12+ overnight layover due to cancelation is an acceptable policy to them.

100% skip flying with @AeromexicoUSA. Our flight got canceled and we got booked on an overnight 12+ layover instead but asking for overnight accommodation is “outside their policies” and considered reasonable.
