@CMAdocs This is a huge issue. My wife, Medicare eligible when we relocated, can't get a pelvic exam done, because no GYNs will accept a new Medicare patient due to poor reimbursement for needed exam! Her new endocrinologist just went concierge and won't honor scheduled follow up exam!

@NurielMoghavem Could be an interesting battle, with residents able to unionize as employees, and possible precedent sparking a revolution for residency/fellowship programs. Maybe take us back to a battle nearly 3 decades ago to exempt practicing physicians from some antitrust restrictions

@PBCares cares so much that they don't even respond to complaints beyond starting to follow the tweeter! Still no 24 hour callback 36 hours later. Should I start posting the names and ID numbers of the (?offshore) customer service agents who lie to me and the case numbers?

@PitneyBowes has the absolutely worst customer service, incompetent and lacking follow up. Trying to resolve an issue for contract termination for months, multiple calls and promises of call backs and correction that never occur! Must I sue to get attention?

@PBCares and @PitneyBowes: for second time, promised callback within 24 hours from supervisor regarding contract termination issue has not occurred! Shall I start naming the call center folks who made such promises, after unable to find supervisors while I held for over 30 mins?
