My take, the police have a high risk and dangerous job. There are protocols in place to mitigate some of those risks, such as rolling down your tinted window so they can ensure their safety. When someone refuses their radar goes way up.

This pulling Tyreek out of the vehicle and cuffing him is more than reasonable. I'm a firm believer that you should own your actions, in this case Tyreek created the situation so he needs to own it and stop play victim and blaming others. It's not about "why" he is pulled over
