@UberUKI_Support Is this what you mean by help? A driver turned up who clearly wasn’t who was registered on the app. I took a photo for safety purposes and he took off with my food. This is what you get.
@ubereats_uk I need to report a serious incident involving an order last night. Driver who turned up was not who the app said it was and took off with my food when I took a photo of him and the vehicle for my safety. Your automated ‘support’ is deplorable.
@UberUKI_Support Ah, the public response to make it seem as though you’re going to do anything about this. Contacted you on Instagram and supplied info and guess what? Nothing happened. Your customer service, or lack thereof is genuinely laughable.

@sainsburys order cancelled 40 mins before delivery was due with no reason why or explanation. It’s baby milk for our newborn and we have no other options. Unacceptable and need help resolving this please.
