@Catholi64501821 @KatiePMcGrady@ThomasM18802678 Yeah it’s almost like more of my energy should go towards feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, visiting the sick, and loving my neighbor. With only 24 hours in a day I don’t think there’s enough time for bogus culture wars when the battle has been won on the right? Have a day.
@KatiePMcGrady @Catholi64501821 @ThomasM18802678 And ya know Katie even if you shop at one of Catholic64501821’s approved vendors, they may have an employee who may have thoughts that disagree with the talking points he hasn’t thought about and we can’t have your dollars supporting a sinners salary. best to avoid all purchase.
@ThomasM18802678@KatiePMcGrady Well we exist for your comfort ThomasM18802678 and we will take your loving correction under advisement, as we know there is surely no duplicity in you nor planks in your eye.
@HannahPosted @sliw_trev Mr. Turner was also a fantastic teacher in his own right and in combination with Mr. Feeney showed how good teaching flows from authenticity and relationships. Boy meets world is an excellent representation of quality educators.
@HannahPosted @sliw_trev His pedagogy was not mostly lecture, in fact you only heard him intro or wrap up a lesson. He had the first word and last word. All the others he played facilitator or pressed the students with HOT questions.
@HannahPosted @sliw_trev From poetry (Sam McGee) to Math (Car wash problem) to civics (pledge of allegiance, and Cory and shawn bet on horses) to history (cory replaces minkus) he was able to teach across disciplines. He knew how to reach any kid in any subject.
@HannahPosted @sliw_trev Not trash. His discussions and projects are student led and had student choice. He invited discourse and allowed students to correct and question each other. He used visual aids and even allowed Cory to teach a whole unit on Anne Frank.
