"This is tremendous for women's basketball. ... I'm all for pushing the game forward and this right here is a part of it."

A gold medal for #USABWNT for beating Japan in the finals and also one for Megan Rapinoe for her courtside interview about Sue Bird. Love the love, respect, admiration, and appreciation she shared for her fiancée. 😍 @mPinoe you about had me crying too.

Just said “M-I-Z” to a complete stranger because he was wearing a Mizzou hat (usually I’m the one in Mizzou gear) and as Midwest Nice would have it, we chatted and I learned we lived in the same dorm (~residence hall~) 30 years apart.🐯

When reporting about "the 1%," consider providing more context about who specifically that is. Bill Emmons of @stlouisfed says often those "top 1%" stats aren't informative because they don’t tell you who those people are, and those people may change over time. #sabewatfred
.@stlouisfed also has a data tool that lets you build maps by state, county, census region, etc. It's called GeoFRED: https://t.co/Je8njbA05a #sabewatfred
Context matters: When reporting about trends and cycles, use seasonally adjusted data. Seesaw patterns are a sign that your data’s not seasonally adjusted. *Note: A lot of regional/local data is not seasonally adjusted. #sabewatfred
Data is not always permanent. An example is changing payroll employment. After Hurricane Harvey (late Aug. & early Sept. 2017), first-reported numbers showed a loss of 30,000 jobs. Later report showed a gain of 18,000. #sabewatfred
