So how should we respond in the face of another's sin? Let me suggest four God-centered, grace-recognizing ways:
1. Run to your Lord, not away from him.
2. Remember your place. Your life no longer belongs to you.
3. Learn your lessons. God has you in a painful moment to grow and change you through it as well.
4. Reflect his light.

Throughout the Psalms, and in The Lord's Prayer, we're given 6 reasons why the Lord would ever answer us when we pray:

1. His Love: "Answer me, O Lord, for your steadfast love is good." (Psalm 69:16)
2. His Compassion: "Answer me, for I am poor and needy." (Psalm 86:1)
3. His Grace: "Be gracious to me and answer me!" (Psalm 27:7)
4. His Faithfulness: "Answer me in your saving faithfulness." (Psalm 69:13)
5. His Glory: "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name." (Matthew 6:9)
6. His Kingdom: "Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." (Matthew 6:10)
