@verynetwork can anyone help me please?? I’ve been trying to call since Monday- hold for 28 mins and get cut off!! I have a very expensive missing parcel and can’t get through to anybody. Really disappointed and frustrated ��
@verynetwork Returned an item 10th November, 4 phone calls later and a month of waiting I still do not have my refund. over 2.5 hours on the phone your 'customer care' team have put the phone down on me 3 times due to not knowing the answer as to why I do not have my money!!
@VeryHelpers Does this look like a box of brand new pans to you?! Reply to my DM. Getting hold of you and Evri is a nightmare. My pans STILL have not been delivered and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. I also bought a TV stand that’s arrived with no assembly instructions!!!!
@VeryHelpers please tell me why I haven’t recieved a response about my order which looks like it’s been stolen, and why I haven’t waited on the support line for 45 min only to be answered and immediately put back into the support line queue by a number of staff who needs sacking.
