The Junior Reds are back in league action tomorrow! 🔴⚫️⚽

We welcome Hadleigh Brettsiders to the home of football, Stanton Recreation Ground, for a 10:30am kick-off.

It’s the first time the two sides have met, so it promises to be an interesting and entertaining game! The boys are excited to get back out there as we continue finding our feet after promotion to the higher league.

The Junior Reds were superb yesterday, every single one of them put in a top performance. From start to finish, we dominated the game, showing real quality all over the pitch. Our attitude and desire to get on the ball was brilliant to see, and the work rate throughout the team was outstanding 💪👏👏

A huge well done to our goal scorers. Elliott was on fire, bagging himself a fantastic hattrick 💪⚽️⚽️⚽️. Charlie Woozley and Charlie Morrison both added a goal each with great finishes, and Stan produced a rocket of a strike that was contender for goal of the game 🚀⚽️

Special mention to Fred for a his POTM performance 🏅. He was neat and tidy in possession, worked tirelessly, and kept making those important runs. It was a difficult decision this week because every single one of the boys was outstanding.

What a fantastic performance from all the boys yesterday morning. They worked hard for each other, showed real strength and quality across the pitch, and played some excellent football despite the heavy difficult pitch 👏💪

We controlled the game for long periods and on another day could easily have added a few more goals to the tally. A big well done to today’s goal scorers: Mason (2), Charlie W (2), Elliot, and Henry, great finishing all round 👏👏⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Well done to Charlie Morrison, fully deserved his POTM award 🏅👏👏 He was dominant in midfield, continually breaking up play and putting the boys in the front foot.

The boys should be immensely proud of themselves. They’ve been outstanding all season, raising their levels with every game. That’s now 7 league games unbeaten to finish the year on a real high 💪 #UTJR⚽️🔴🌑

The Junior Reds are back at the Home of Football Stanton Recreation Ground tomorrow as we take on Martlesham, 10.30 KO. Another tough, competitive test awaits, but we’re confident the boys will be up for the challenge🔴⚽️

The boys put in a fantastic performance this morning and continue to improve every single week. We dominated the first half with some brilliant play all over the pitch and fully deserved our 2 goal lead.

The second half, especially the opening 10–15 minutes was very much backs against the wall, but the boys showed real quality, resilience, and togetherness to stay strong and defend as a team. In the final 15 minutes we settled again, regained control, and could (and probably should!) have added a couple more goals.

It’s really pleasing to see the boys matching a strong, physical side and showing their own quality throughout the game.

A big well done to Elliott, who scored both goals ⚽️⚽️ and delivered a dominant 💪performance in midfield to earn POTM. Outstanding effort 👏👏

A fantastic all round performance from the boys today, they were absolutely superb across the pitch! 👏👏

Really pleased with the quality of our passing and the dominance we showed in the final third. We were unlucky not to go into half time at least three or four goals up. Defensively, we looked strong and composed, with plenty of positive play, we just need to keep our focus at all times.

A huge well done to all our goal scorers Henry, Elliott, Charlie M, Charlie W, and Oliver ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

It was tough to choose a Player of the Match with so many excellent performances, but Henry fully deserved it for his goal, tireless work rate, and outstanding hold up play up front. 💪👏👏

First home game of the season and it was great to get our first win of the season 🙌. It was a scrappy game at times, but really pleasing to see how we stuck together, worked hard, and ground out the result ����

We created plenty of chances and played some good football in spells. A quality goalkeeping display from our POTM 🏅Edward, fully deserved and key to keeping a clean sheet 🧤👏 👏.

Still plenty to work on, but the signs are good and we’re definitely moving in the right direction.

Well done to Elliott for a great goal ⚽️

Junior Reds U11's 1st game of the season was an entertaining game. The boys were fantastic and very unlucky not to get something out of the game. They all worked hard, gave their all, and should be proud of their efforts.

I think that was one of the best games we’ve played just fine margins today. There are a few key areas we can work on over the coming weeks, but the signs are really promising.

Well done again everyone. We keep going, we keep improving!
