I am so thankful for the funding opportunities offered @uams! I am excited to share that I received the @archildrens Intramural Postdoctoral Grant! The ACRI/ABI postdoctoral award provides 2 years of funding and mentorship.

(4:5) My proposal to HSIE was to determine markers for early detection of pituitary dysfunction, develop an at home diagnostic tool, and further educate the public on how nutrition affects offspring health.
(3:5) One of my research projects focuses on determining how maternal nutrition alters pituitary function in offspring that results in the propensity for obesity as adults.
