100% correct. EMS isn’t the only field being impacted by this. Emergency services across the board are struggling because of pay and because politicians putting more value on their own agenda rather than those that elected them

@T_Town_Fire continues to battle the blaze at the Moody Music Building on the @UofAlabama. Briefed by command on-site and continue to be updated hourly. Our team is to save as much of the facility & contents as possible and are still fighting the fire externally & internally.
@justpipertoo@RobinsonCarol I’m sure it’s the same way there as here in Tuscaloosa, but there is a screening process to determine if a person meets the need for testing. They arent administering test to everyone just because they are in the line.
Today station 2 received a visit from a generous couple who donated boxes of beanie babies so that we can give them to children while on emergency calls. This donation is very much appreciated & will be of great use to help comfort children in emergency situations.
Today several first responders participated in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. They climbed the equivalent of 110 stories of the World Trade Center and represented the 343 firefighters, 60 law enforcement, and 8 EMS who were killed that day, September 11, 2001. #neverforget
